Instructions

An EPA Registration Number contains a minimum of two unique numbers-- a company number and a product number. It also may contain a third unique number which is the distributor number. You must enter a minimum of Company Number and Product Number to do an EPA Registration Number Search.

Example 1: The EPA Registration Number for 'Qc Sodium Hypochlorite' is 1744-20001-42787. In this example '1744' is the EPA Company Number, '20001' is the EPA Product Number, and '42787' is the EPA Distributor Number.

Example 2: The EPA Registration Number for 'BICEP II' is 100-710. In this example '100' is the EPA Company Number, and '710' is the EPA Product Number, this registration number does not include an EPA Distributor Number.

To search for a specific pesticide product you need to enter the Company Number and the Product Number.

You may enter the Distributor Number if one exists to further narrow your search.

To print your results first enter your search criteria, then select 'print view' from the drop-down list under the search options table. Click the search button and your results will be returned in a format that can be printed using print option from within your browser.

This NYS pesticide product registration data is intended for information purposes only. If you are concerned about the status of a product, please contact the NYS DEC before purchase, distribution, sale or use. Some products may show a renewal date that has passed. These products are in the re-registration process, and continue to be registered pending a re-registration decision. Information contained in the database is updated approximately every week.
